ArchLeaf Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped or is ready for local delivery.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

1. Standard Shipping (UPS / USPS)

We offer standard shipping through trusted national carriers such as UPS and USPS.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination and the carrier service selected at checkout
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

2. Same-Day Local Delivery (St. Louis Area Only)

ArchLeaf offers same-day local delivery within select areas of the St. Louis metropolitan area through our delivery partner Roadie.

How Same-Day Delivery Works:

  • Same-day delivery is available for eligible local orders placed before the cutoff time displayed at checkout
  • Orders are fulfilled by Roadie’s independent driver network
  • Most same-day deliveries are completed within a few hours, depending on driver availability, distance, traffic, and weather conditions
  • Real-time delivery tracking will be provided once the order is picked up

Important Notes:

  • Same-day delivery availability is location-based and not guaranteed
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond ArchLeaf’s control
  • If same-day delivery cannot be completed, the order may be rescheduled or refunded at ArchLeaf’s discretion

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to locations where hemp-derived products are legally permitted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local and state laws.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products or expedited services.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

ArchLeaf is not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries caused by recipient unavailability

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@archleaf.com
  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier or delivery partner to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has shipped or been dispatched for same-day delivery, it cannot be canceled.

Age Requirement

All customers must be 21 years or older to purchase from ArchLeaf.

Age verification may be required prior to order fulfillment or delivery.

Compliance Disclaimer

All ArchLeaf products are hemp-derived and compliant with federal law under the 2018 Farm Bill.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
